TV Rental FAQs

  • Renting a TV is very similar to renting a car. At the end of your contract (usually between 18-36 months) the majority of our customers upgrade their TV to a newer model, which means you always have the latest tech available! Alternatively, you can send the TV back, or even better - if you keep it, we’ll give you an 80% discount of your weekly bill to cover you for maintenance, repairs and insurance. This can be as little as £1.65 per week. So, you’ll always have peace of mind if you TV gets damaged or needs a repair. Find out more about the benefits of renting.

  • Pretty much everything! We will deliver to your door for free (and for large screen TVs, we even remove the packaging and set your device up for you). Our contracts also include any repairs and servicing required.

  • Good News! We will consider your application, even if you have a low credit score - or no credit score. We do run a credit check, but do everything we can to accept your application. We do this by focusing on your ingoings, outgoings and your recent financial stability.

  • Your first payment is due when booking a preferred delivery slot via the hiya! App.

  • There’s a very high chance that we’ll review your application within the first 45 minutes of applying. However, we do recommend that you allow up to 24 hours before reaching out to us. We respond to 100% of the applications we receive.

  • It’s easy! Find the tech you want to rent on our easy-to-navigate website and start an application on any product. The process should take less than 2 minutes! Find out more about how it works.

  • We don’t, as we believe Rent To Own is outdated. With our Rental-Only service, there’s no super-high interest rates, no financial agreements and as we don’t offer credit, the impact on your credit score will be minimal.
