At hiya! we understand that there may be times whereby your financial circumstances may change and therefore your ability to make payments to us may be affected.
These difficulties may be short term and only a temporary problem which will soon be rectified, or you may have longer term issues which affect your ability to make the remaining originally contracted payments.
We believe that we have a wide range of tools available which can suit even the most challenging of circumstances, so always come to us first, we are here to help.

There are several ways to contact us to get help with your payments.
The best and quickest way to contact us is to press the Smart button on your TV’s remote control and launch the hiya! App. Here you have a number of options to help you manage your account, send us a message or arrange a call back.
If you have an Android device (iOS coming soon) you can also down the App to your device and manage your account this way.
