I’ve been accepted! How do I book a delivery?

After you’ve applied for a rental product, we’ll get back to you with our decision within approximately 24 hours.

Once your application has been accepted, there are just four simple steps to ensure we can arrange a fast and free delivery:

1. Sign your contract (sent via email to your registered address).

2. Download the hiya! App and set up your preferred payment method.

3. Save your card details.

4. Select a preferred delivery date for your product to arrive.

We bring everything to your home, completely free of charge! And we’ll get everything set up so you can start enjoying it straight away.

If you’re not going to be available at your scheduled delivery time, please let us know as soon as possible! You can call us on 0161 647 7660 or email [email protected].

Once your product has been delivered, your first flat weekly payment will generally be due on the following Monday (or we offer monthly payments if you prefer).

After delivery, we’ll provide servicing and repairs for as long as you rent from us.

We have tech and service support resources as well as a friendly team on hand that you can contact any time to answer any questions.

Is installation included?

Yes! For all Kitchen appliances and most TVs, free installation is always included.

Plus - we’ll also recycle your packaging so that you’re not left with all the rubbish!

To ensure that everything is set up smoothly for you, please ensure the area where your new product is going is all set up and ready, including:

  • Making sure there’s power nearby

  • If you’re order a washing machine, please make sure there there is a cold water supply and appropriate drainage.

  • If you’re ordering a vented tumble dryer, please make sure that there is an appropriate outlet to install the vent hose.
